D B Realty Ltd arm enters into JV with Godrej Properties Ltd

Neelkamal Realtors Tower Private Limited (NRTPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of D B Realty Limited has entered into a joint venture with Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) for development of land / property being all the piece and parcel of land admeasuring 19,434 sq. mtrs. or thereabouts bearing Cadastral Survey No. 1906 of Byculla Division, E-Ward, Mumbai - 400011 ("Land"). In this context, NRTPL has executed Deed of Conveyance in favour of Godrej Residency Private Limited (GRPL) on December 23, 2022 for sale of NRTPL's Land for a consideration as agreed therein.

The project will be developed by GRPL, wherein NRTPL will hold 49.99% and the balance 50.01% will be held by GPL.

Shares of D B Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79369 in over 530 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 89.95 and intraday low of 87.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6948242.00.

Shares of Godrej Properties Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1172.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1227.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46109 in over 5466 trades.
