eClerx Services Ltd approves final buy back price of Rs. 1750

The Buy Back Committee of the Board of Directors of eClerx Services Limited at the meeting held today i.e. December 15, 2022, which commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 12.10 pm, approved the final Buy Back price of ₹ 1,750/- (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) per equity share (the "Buy Back Price") and the aggregate amount of Buy Back upto ₹ 3,000 Million (Rupees Three Thousand Million Only) (the "Buy Back Size") excluding any expenses incurred or to be incurred for the Buy Back viz. brokerage costs, fees, turnover charges, taxes such as securities transaction tax and goods and services tax (if any), tax on distributed income on Buy Back, stamp duty, advisors fees, filing fees, public announcement expenses, printing and dispatch expenses, if any, and other incidental and related expenses and charges etc. With the Buy Back Price of ₹ 1,750/- (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) per equity share and the Buy Back Size of upto ₹ 3,000 Million (Rupees Three Thousand Million Only), the total number of shares to be bought back in the Buy Back shall be upto 17,14,285 (Seventeen Lakh Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Five) equity shares representing 3.38 % of the total number of equity shares in the total paid up equity share capital of the Company.

The board has fixed Tuesday, December 27, 2022, as the record date for the purpose of determining the names of the equity shareholders who are eligible to participate in the buy back and their entitlements.

Shares of eClerx Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1397.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1377.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 808 in over 227 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1400.45 and intraday low of 1382.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1126613.00.
