Ritco Logistics to acquire Logro Sourcing Pvt Ltd

Ritco Logistics Limited has agreed to acquire through buying the 7600 equity shares of promoters of M/s Logro Sourcing Private Limited being 6% of the Paid-up equity of the company. The transaction will make M/s Logro Sourcing Private Limited subsidiary company of M/s Ritco Logistics Limited.

Logra Sourcing Private Limited ("Logro") is a private limited company incorporated on 24th July 2019, having its registered address at H. No. A-28, Rosewood City, Sector-49, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001. The company is in the process of building a logistics services APP.

Shares of Ritco Logistics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 194.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2040 in over 94 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 205.90 and intraday low of 194.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 400406.00.
