The Board of Directors of Hilton Metal Forging Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the corporate office of the company at 204 Tanishka Commercial Building, Akurli Road, KandivaliEast, Near Growels 101 Mall, Mumbai-400101, Maharashtra, which commenced at 4.00 pm and concluded at 7.45 pm, has considered and approved the Draft Letter of offer for proposed Right Issue of Shares.
