TIPS Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of TIPS Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended a final dividend @ 20% on 1,29,68,659 fully paid-up equity share capital of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. i.e. Rs. 2/- (Two Rupees) only per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
