Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 20, 2022, has recommended a Dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 1/- per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM").

The Dividend, if approved / declared by the Shareholders at 33rd AGM, will be paid on and from the second day from the date of AGM. Record date for the entitlement of Dividend, and date & timings for ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be announced in due course of time.

Shares of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 284.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 282.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14910 in over 1141 trades.
