Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 09, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.30/- per Equity Share (15%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 on Equity Shares, on face value of Rs. 2/- each. The Board of Directors has earlier declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.70/- per Equity Share (85%), on face value of Rs. 2/- each at its meeting held on March 15, 2022. The total dividend for the year ended March 31, 2022, amounts to Rs. 2/- per Equity Share (100%), on face value of Rs. 2/- each against 70% i.e., Rs. 1.40/- per share for the previous year 2020-21.
