BASF India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of BASF India Limited at their meeting held today i.e. 9th May 2022 have recommended final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share i.e., 60% for the financial year ended 31st March 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 3rd August 2022. The Dividend, if approved, by the Shareholders will be payable on or after 8th August 2022.

Shares of BASF India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2593.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2641.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1400 in over 488 trades.
