Jaykay Enterprises Ltd to diversify into new lines of business

The Board of Directors of Jaykay Enterprises Ltd in its meeting held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, has considered, proposed and approved the amendment in the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company i.e., to include the object relating to (i) Manufacturing Defence equipments, spare parts and allied activities (ii) Software Development and IT enabled services (iii) Engineering Services (iv) Real Estate activities (v) Trading in Metals, Polymers and other allied activities, subject to approval of Members by means of Special Resolution to be passed in the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting(EGM) of the Company.

Shares of JAYKAY ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 386791 in over 1244 trades.
