Lupin to acquire portfolio of brands from Anglo-French Drugs & Industries Limited

Lupin Ltd has signed Definitive Agreement with Anglo-French Drugs & Industries Limited for acquiring a portfolio of brands (including all rights and interests associated with such products), to strengthen the Company’s presence in Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements and CNS segments.

Shares of Lupin Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 765.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 746.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 50586 in over 1425 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 766.85 and intraday low of 736.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37907739.00.
