IIFL Finance Ltd appoints Nirmal Jain as MD

Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of IIFL Finance Ltd at their Meeting held on March 23, 2022, has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Nirmal Jain as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2022 for a period of 5 years.

The board has also approved change in designation of Mr. R. Venkataraman to Joint Managing Director w.e.f. April 01, 2022 upto the remaining tenure i.e. April 22, 2025.

Shares of IIFL Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 286.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 287.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47086 in over 1261 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 292.35 and intraday low of 284.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13519216.00.
