Mr. Arvind Agrawal has resigned from the post of Managing Director of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd with effect from close of the working hours of 22nd March, 2022. It may be noted that Mr. Arvind Agrawal will continue to act as director on the Board in the capacity of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
