Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd appoints Mr. Nishant Dholakia as CEO

The Board of Directors of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. on March 17, 2022, have approved the appointment of Mr. Nishant Dholakia as CEO of the Company. Based on the nomination received from Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Board approved the appointment of Mr. Nishant Dholakia as CEO of the Company.

Mr. Nishant Dholakia has graduated from IHM, Mumbai. He has 26 years of experience across hotels, Institutional, QSR, CDR, Food retail and Cloud kitchens.

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Swapnil Kothari (DIN: 05235636) as Additional (Nonexecutive Non-independent) Director on the Board of the Company. Mr. Swapnil Kothari is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other authority.

Swapnil Kothari is the founder and Managing Partner in law firm, "S. Kothari & Co. (Advocates & Solicitors)" since the past fourteen years and a Solicitor (England and Wales) with a LL.M. (Georgetown, USA), having previously worked with Slaughter And May, London; Jones Day, Cleveland and Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai.

He practices in the corporate sphere with an emphasis on Banking Law, Property Law, Project Finance, Joint Ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions including some litigation / arbitration, IT-related matters and high-profile NRI investments.

Shares of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 516 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 24.45 and intraday low of 22.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12157.00.
