ITC Limited invests further in Mother Sparsh

ITC Limited has acquired today, in the second tranche, 1,040 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Mother Sparsh Baby Care Private Limited (Mother Sparsh).

With the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in Mother Sparsh aggregates 16% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 237.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 239.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1979248 in over 25013 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 241.40 and intraday low of 235.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 472312224.00.
