Pacific Industries Ltd approves draft offer letter for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Pacific Industries Ltd has considered and approved filling of Draft Letter of Offer with Stock Exchange for raising funds through issuance and allotment upto 4800 Lakhs to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company on the Rights Basis in such proportion and such other terms and price as may be decided by the Board at a later date, as on record date (to be announced subsequently), subject to receipt of in-principal approval from the Stock Exchange.
