Medinova Diagnostic Services to acquire balance stake in partnership firm

The Board of Directors of Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited at their meeting held on March 5, 2022 have approved the acquisition of partnership interest of 44.93% in Medinova Millennium MRI Services LLP from the existing Partners Dr.Pronab Dasgupta and Mr.Arnab Dasgupta and the Supplementary LLP Agreement to this effect will be executed.

The company holds 55.075% of partnership interest in MRI LLP and balance 44.93% is collectively held by Dr.Pronab Dasgupta and Mr.Arnab Dasgupta ("Seller(s)").

The cost of acquisition will be Rs.1.70 crores.

Post-acquisition, the Company will be holding 100% partnership interest in the MRI LLP. The acquisition of stake will enable the company have complete control over the affairs of MRI LLP and ensure operational efficiency.

Shares of MEDINOVA DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 34.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1405 in over 17 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 36.95 and intraday low of 34.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49125.00.
