Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has declared 3rd Interim Dividend of Re. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2021 - 22.

The Board approved 31st January, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend to the eligible shareholders.

The above said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1044.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1030.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21377 in over 2034 trades.
