IMFA board allots 2,69,77,053 bonus shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA), at its meeting held today i.e. January 11, 2022 has allotted 2,69,77,053 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of One (1) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every One (1) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on January 10, 2022, i.e. record date fixed for this purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 26,97,70,530 dividend into 2,69,77,053 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs. 53,95,41,060 divided into 5,39,54,106 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.

Shares of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 415.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 424.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6260 in over 752 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 429.50 and intraday low of 414.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2621648.00.
