Puravankara Limited allots 1800 debentures worth Rs. 180 crores

The Management Sub-Committee of the Board Directors of Puravankara Limited at their meeting held on 31.12.2021 has allotted 1800 Debentures fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 180,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Eighty crores).

NSDL Database Management Limited will act as the Registrar and transfer Agent for the Debentures.
