Floor price for delisting offer of Universus Photo lmagings Limited fixed

Pursuant to the proposed delisting offer by Consolidated Photo and Finvest Limited ("Acquirer"), the Floor Price for delisting offer is Rs. 567.43 (Rupees Five hundred sixty seven and Paisa Forty three only) and "Indicative Price" for the same is Rs. 568/- (Rupees Five hundred Sixty eight only).
