Nxtdigital Ltd approves allotment of 96,20,463 Rights Equity Shares

In terms of the Letter of Offer dated November 1, 2021 and in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of Directors of the Company, pursuant to the delegation of the authority to the Rights Issue Committee by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2021, has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., December 4, 2021, approved the allotment of 96,20,463 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 300 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of Rs. 290 per Rights Equity Share.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company shall be 3,36,71,621 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up amounting to Rs. 33,67,16,210.

Shares of NXTDIGITAL LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 481.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 430.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19934 in over 1940 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 510.00 and intraday low of 427.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9264797.00.
