Hatsun Agro Product Limited board to consider fund raising through FPO

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hatsun Agro Product Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 01st December, 2021 at Hatsun Agro Product Limited, Govindapur, Zaheerabad Taluk, Sangareddy District, Telangana to consider the below:

- To Inaugurate the Ice Cream Plant at the Company's facility at Govindapur, Zaheerabad Taluk, Sangareddy District, Tclengana and

- To Consider and Approve the Raising of Funds by way of Issue of Equity Shares through Further / Follow on Public Offer (FPO) subject to approval of Shareholders and Regulatory Approvals as applicable.
