Integra Telecommunication & Software Ltd is going to initiate a discussion with various developers and allied partners to launch a sports software named 'Cricket Fantasy' or any other name as decided by Board of director by end of the current fiscal year. Taking into account the global trend and the level of interest among sports enthusiasts, the Company believes that this software will become a game-changer.

The final decision in this regard will be made at the next board meeting and We will update you as and when it happens. The development phase is not yet started and will begin post discussion and approval of Board members.
