Navin Fluorine International Limited announces resignation of CFO

Mr. Ketan Sablok, Chief Financial Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of Navin Fluorine International Limited, has resigned from the services of the Company. The Board of Directors has taken note of the said resignation and decided to relieve Mr. Sablok of his responsibilities w.e.f. close of working hours of October 31, 2021. The Company places on record its appreciation for the invaluable contribution made by Mr. Sablok during his tenure of over 24 years with the Company (including as CFO w.e.f. June 16, 2018).

Further, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Basant Kumar Bansal as Chief Financial Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. November 1, 2021.

Shares of Navin Fluorine International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3860.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3867.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20868 in over 4407 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3985.00 and intraday low of 3825.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 81724455.00.
