Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 438830 Equity Shares under ESOP

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on November 30, 2010 has allotted 4,38,830 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under different series.

The stock closed the day at Rs.475.45, up by Rs.9.40 or 2.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.478 and low of Rs.456.

The total traded quantity was 0.91 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.06 lakhs.
