Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd allots 11,77,855 shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited (the "Company") duly empowered by the Board, in its meeting held on September 4, 2021 has approved allotment of 11,77,855 fully Paid up Equity Shares of face value Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only) each at a premium of Rs.844/- (Rupees Eight Hundred and Forty Four only) per Equity Share, by Preferential allotment to the allottees named below. These shares shall rank pari-pasu, in all respects with existing Equity Shares of the Company.

238 Plan Associates LLC - 1,76,678 shares - Rs. 14,99,99,622

Motilal Oswal Equity Opportunities Fund Series - II - 2,94,464 shares - Rs. 24,99,99,936

The Company has received in-principle approvals from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("Stock Exchanges") for issue of the aforesaid Equity Shares on Preferential basis.

Consequent upon the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,75,65,420 shares to 3,87,43,275 shares.

Shares of BARBEQUE-NATION HOSPITALITY LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1105 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1107.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9308 in over 1295 trades.
