UGRO Capital Limited announces conversion of securities

The Securities Allotment and Transfer Committee of UGRO Capital Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 18th September, 2019 has considered and approved the conversion of 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Compulsorily Convertible Debentures ('CCDs') out of 1,38,37,210 CCDs held by Clearsky Investment Holdings Pte. Limited into equal number of equity shares i.e. 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) of Rs. 10/- each.

The committee also approved the conversion of 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares ('CCPs') out of 1,38,37,210 CCPs held by Neruest Asia Investments Ill Limited into equal number of equity shares i.e. 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) of Rs. 10/ - each.

Pursuant to the above conversions the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 5,68,97,373 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting in aggregate to Rs. 56,89,73,730/-

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.184 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 185.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 247 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 184 and intraday low of 180. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44726.
