Sat Industries Ltd approves allotment of 50,85,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Sat Industries Ltd at their Meeting held on today i.e. November 29, 2019 considered and approved the allotment of 50,85,000 warrants of Rs. 2/- each, issued at a price of Rs.29/ - Per warrant, on Preferential basis, to Non promoter Mr. Yousuf Mohammed Kagzi.

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.32 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64108 in over 194 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32 and intraday low of 28. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1919159.
