Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd allots 4450 shares

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd at its meeting held on 12th September, 2019, have approved issue and allotment of 4,450 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS - 2012), at an exercise price of Rs.10/- per share.

Pursuant to this allotment, the issued equity capital of tile Company has increased from Rs. 51,40,58,510 to Rs. 51,41,03,010 and subscribed & paid up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 51,35,47,880 to Rs.513,592,380.

Shares of MAHINDRA LIFESPACE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.403.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 396.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3105 in over 350 trades.
