Rubfila International Ltd board allots 22,50,000 shares

The Board of Directors of Rubfila International Ltd in their meeting held today (06-01-2021) has decided to convert 2250000 Share Warrants into equity shares out of the 4500000 Share Warrants allotted to the Promoters / PAC @ Rs.42.50/- on a preferential allotment basis on 12-07-2019 as approved by the members in General Meeting held on 28-06-2019.

Mr. Bharat Jayantilal Patel Divya Darshan, 8TH Floor, JVPD Scheme, N S Road, 5, Vile Parle West, Mumbai - 400 056, PAN - AAAPP6652R, 1125000 shares.

Mrs.Minal Bharat Patel DivyaDarshan, 8TH Floor, JVPD Scheme, N S Road, 5, Vile Parle West, Mumbai - 400 056, PAN - AACPP5126G, 1125000 shares.

The board also decided to lease out a portion of its building at its unit at Udumalpet (Tamilnadu) to its wholly owned subsidiary, M/s.Premier Tissues India Ltd.

Shares of RUBFILA INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.58.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 61.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48588 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 62.8 and intraday low of 58.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2938800.
