Lemon Tree Hotels signs Second hotel in Mcleodganj

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India's leading hospitality companies, today announced the signing of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mcleodganj. This signing marks another milestone in the group's growth strategy in Himachal Pradesh, further expanding its presence in key leisure destinations.

The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. With this signing, the group's portfolio in Himachal Pradesh will comprise 12 hotels, including four operational and eight upcoming properties.

Set against the backdrop of the majestic Dhauladhar range, the hotel will offer 45 well-appointed rooms, restaurant, meeting/ conference room, recreational facilities including a swimming pool and fitness centre, along with thoughtfully designed public areas. The property will cater to both leisure and business travellers, offering a comfortable and contemporary stay experience in a destination renowned for its natural beauty, Tibetan culture, monasteries and adventure activities.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 107.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 763931 in over 6815 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 110.95 and intraday low of 106.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 82368327.00.
