Krystal Integrated Services Consortium Secures ₹740 Crore Urban Wastewater Contracts in Maharashtra

Krystal Integrated Services Limited (BSE: 544149; NSE: KRYSTAL), in consortium with LC Infra Projects Private Limited (LIPPL), has bagged two major work orders with a total aggregate value of ₹740.06 crore (inclusive of GST) from the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.

The contracts have been awarded under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission (U) 2.0 for the development of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Interception & Diversion (I&D), and sewer networks on an EPC basis.

Strategic Consortium Structure and Scope

The project will be executed under the name LC Infra - Krystal Consortium, where LC Infra Projects Private Limited serves as the Lead Member and Krystal Integrated Services Limited acts as the Technical Member.

Krystal holds a 40% stake in the consortium, bringing its share of the total contract value to approximately ₹296.03 crore. Both contracts carry an execution timeline of two years.

Regional Breakdown of Work Orders

The two work orders cover distinct administrative divisions in Maharashtra under Bid Category II for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) with STP capacity of 5 MLD and above:

Pune Division Order: Features an aggregate contract value of ₹160.12 crore. Krystal's 40% share in this division amounts to ₹64.05 crore.

Nagpur Division Order: Features an aggregate contract value of ₹579.94 crore. Krystal's 40% share in this division amounts to ₹231.98 crore.
