Uflex converts warrants allotted to Promoter Group on preferential basis

Uflex Ltd has announced that one of the allottees of the Promoter Group. i.e. M/s. Anant Overseas Pvt. Ltd. has exercised the option to convert 35,00,000 warrants into equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Accordingly, the Company has allotted 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Anant Overseas Pvt. Ltd. on November 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.235.10, up by Rs.7.70 or 3.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.236.90 and low of Rs.221.35.

The total traded quantity was 8.79 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 8.84 lakhs.
