Indiabulls Securities allots 28275 Equity Shares

Indiabulls Securities Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options vested in terms of 'Indiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008', by certain eligible employees and receipt of full consideration therefor, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 24, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 28,275 (Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs, 46,21,68,472/- divided into 23,10,84,236 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 46,22,25,022/- divided into 23,11,12,511 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.55 and low of Rs.23.85.

The total traded quantity was 2.53 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.68 lakhs.
