Mphasis approves Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2011

Mphasis Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2010, inter alia, have subject to the approval of the shareholders and other statutory approvals, approved formulation of Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2011, with the underlying shares not exceeding 400,000 equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.602.05, up by Rs.40.90 or 7.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.619.40 and low of Rs.566.

The total traded quantity was 4.43 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.47 lakhs.
