Uflex approves Part conversion of FCCBs into 307118 equity shares

Uflex Ltd has announced that one of the FCCBs holders has exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares, to the extent of US$ 100,000.

Accordingly, in terms of Offering circular and approval, the Company has allotted 307,118 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the FCCB holder.

The stock closed the day at Rs.243.15, down by Rs.4.35 or 1.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.254.55 and low of Rs.225.75.

The total traded quantity was 16.05 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.66 lakhs.
