Vardhman Special Steels Ltd allots 2500 shares

The Committee of Directors (ESOP Plan 2016) of Vardhman Special Steels Ltd, in its meeting held on July 6, 2019, has allotted 6,250 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (including 2,500 shares on Rights basis on the ESOP shares in the ratio of 2:3) to an eligible employee of the Company who has exercised his stock options under 'Vardhman Special Steels Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016'. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
