AXIS Bank allots 15,050 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 15,050 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 8th July 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 523,91,90,776 (261,95,95,388 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 523,92,20,876 (261,96,10,438 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.805.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 808.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 198891 in over 3723 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 813 and intraday low of 801.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 160658345.
