Amtek India redeems $5.20 million FCCBs

Amtek India Ltd has announced that the Company has issued 100 million Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) in the year 2005 and during the tenure of Bonds, the bondholders of US $ 94.8 million converted their Bonds into equity shares of the Company. The outstanding Bond of US $ 5.20 million has been matured and fully redeemed.

The stock closed the day at Rs.64.30, up by Rs.3.75 or 6.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.30 and low of Rs.61.50.

The total traded quantity was 6.50 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.86 lakhs.
