My Fair Lady allots 54 lakh shares

My Fair Lady Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2010, has allotted 54,00,000/- Equity shares against convertible warrants on Preferential basis.

The allottees include Mr. Anil Kumar Chaddha (1,50,000 shares), Mr. Vineet Arora (1,50,000 shares), M/s. SGM Webtech Pvt. Ltd. (7,50,000 shares), M/s. Manorites Capital Management Ltd. (7,50,000 shares), M/s. Krishna Gardens Pvt. Ltd (8,50,000 shares), M/s. Ashi Equities Pvt. Ltd (19,50,000 shares) and Mr. Gurudev Singh (8,00,000 shares).

The stock closed the day at Rs.12, up by Rs.0.11 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.24 and low of Rs.11.30.

The total traded quantity was 0.11 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.12 lakhs.
