Kanchan International allots 25 lakhs warrants

Kanchan International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2010, Inter alia, has allotted 25 lacs warrants to promoters and independent investors on preferential basis as per the list approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.167.40, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.172 and low of Rs.159.65.

The total traded quantity was 0.37 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.39 lakhs.
