Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 368066 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee a the Bank at its Meeting held on November 15, 2010 has allotted 3,68,066 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 2,92,900 equity shares, SOP Scheme Series 2007/04 20,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) 34,526 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) 15,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) 2,500 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/23 (1st Tranche) 3,140 equity shares were allotted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.483.20, up by Rs.5.85 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.486.90 and low of Rs.470.60.

The total traded quantity was 0.98 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.87 lakhs.
