Freshtrop Fruits approves conversion of 5 lakh warrants

Freshtrop Fruits Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2010, inter alia, has approved the conversion of 5,00,000 warrants issued to the promoters group into 5,00,000 Equity Shares on receipt of remaining 75% of the value of the warrants i.e. 14.55 per warrant.

The stock was trading at Rs.22.40, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.50 and low of Rs.21.80.

The total traded quantity was 1226 compared to 2 week average of 10920.
