My Fair Lady to consider conversion of warrants on Nov 16, 2010

My Fair Lady Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the conversion of warrants into shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12, down by Rs.0.34 or 2.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.94 and low of Rs.11.75.
