Suven Life Sciences allots 195740 Equity Shares

Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company allotted 1,95,740 equity shares through circular resolution on November 12, 2010 to the employees under stock option plans of the Company. Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 116536248 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 11,65,36,248 to 116731988 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 11,67,31,988.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.60, down by Rs.0.75 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.25 and low of Rs.29.55.

The total traded quantity was 2.01 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.76 lakhs.
