Himatsingka Seide to raise Rs.150 crores

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2010, have subject to the approval of the Shareholders, decided to raise an amount of upto Rs. 150 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crores only) by issue of further securities. An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders has been convened on December 08, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.62.30, up by Rs.7.40 or 13.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.63.40 and low of Rs.56.20.

The total traded quantity was 23.52 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.85 lakhs.
