Accel Transmatic approves preferential issue

Accel Transmatic Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2010, inter alia, have approved a proposal for preferential issue of warrants, convertible into equity shares to Mr. A P Parigi, who is associating with the Company as Senior Adviser and Consultant.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.20, up by Rs.1.35 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.20 and low of Rs.29.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.14 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.58 lakhs.
