Ramco Systems allots 41065 shares

Ramco Systems Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2010 has approved an allotment of 41,065 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,436,908 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 15,477,973 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.135, down by Rs.0.90 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.141.45 and low of Rs.135.

The total traded quantity was 9228 compared to 2 week average of 6536.
