IDFC allots 305694 Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on November 10, 2010, and allotted 3,05,694 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS). This includes 2,19,000 equity shares allotted to Dr. Rajiv B. Lall, Managing Director & CEO of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.203.20, down by Rs.4.15 or 2%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.208 and low of Rs.202.05.

The total traded quantity was 11.32 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.43 lakhs.
