Edserv Softsystems approves preferential issue

Edserv Softsystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2010, inter alia, considered the issue of further equity shares / warrants on preferential basis and constituted a separate committee to decide the quantum of issue, identity of the participants and to fix the schedule the statutory events, other than regular independent powers granted to them.

The stock closed the day at Rs.227.70, down by Rs.1.55 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.234.90 and low of Rs.226.

The total traded quantity was 2.49 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.80 lakhs.
